Guest Relation Officer

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hotel management or related field

·        Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity

·        Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry

·        Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations

·        Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy

·        Experienced in using Hotel Systems on various platforms especially VHP

·        Strong communication skills

·        Fluent in written and verbal English communication

·        Willing to be located in Bali

 

Responsibility:

·       Managing and handling end-to-end check-in and check-out process

·       Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed

·       Providing front desk services to guests

·       Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties

·       Delivering mail and messages

·       Processing guest payments

·       Coordinating with bell service and staff management

·       Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice

·       Processing meal and beverage requests

·       Accommodating general and unique requests

·       Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests
