Sponsorship & Promotion Manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sponsorship, advertising, and promotions, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices
- Charismatic and personable when working with stakeholders of all ages and backgrounds
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and other emerging marketing trends and technologies
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Able to work evenings and weekends for special events and meetings as needed
- Proven negotiating and people skills
- Willing to be located in Bali
Responsibilities:
- Develop sponsorship strategies with insights from market research, portfolio gap analysis, and overall strategies
- Formulate research parameters to identify industry and market trends for development of sponsorship strategies
- Identify potential sponsors to support new sponsorships for the organisation
- Conduct negotiation of new and extension sponsorship agreements
- Develop plans to close gaps in sponsorship portfolio
- Develop proposals in alignment to sponsorship strategies
- Manage execution of sponsorship agreements
- Manage onboarding of new sponsors
- Develop and implement comprehensive advertising and promotional plans to drive brand awareness and increase engagements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative teams, to develop marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns
- Monitor market trends, conduct market research, and analyse consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Manage advertising budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure all advertising and promotional materials are compliant with regulations
- Utilize various advertising channels, including print, digital, and social media, to reach target audiences and drive engagement
- Developing effective and affordable strategies for marketing new initiatives or programs.
