Sponsorship & Promotion Manager

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  2. 5+ years of experience in sponsorship, advertising, and promotions, with a proven track record of success
  3. Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices
  4. Charismatic and personable when working with stakeholders of all ages and backgrounds
  5. Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and other emerging marketing trends and technologies
  6. Strong verbal and written communications skills
  7. Excellent critical thinking skills
  8. Able to work evenings and weekends for special events and meetings as needed
  9. Proven negotiating and people skills
  10. Willing to be located in Bali

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop sponsorship strategies with insights from market research, portfolio gap analysis, and overall strategies
  2. Formulate research parameters to identify industry and market trends for development of sponsorship strategies
  3. Identify potential sponsors to support new sponsorships for the organisation
  4. Conduct negotiation of new and extension sponsorship agreements
  5. Develop plans to close gaps in sponsorship portfolio
  6. Develop proposals in alignment to sponsorship strategies
  7. Manage execution of sponsorship agreements
  8. Manage onboarding of new sponsors
  9. Develop and implement comprehensive advertising and promotional plans to drive brand awareness and increase engagements
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative teams, to develop marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns
  11. Monitor market trends, conduct market research, and analyse consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
  12. Manage advertising budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure all advertising and promotional materials are compliant with regulations
  13. Utilize various advertising channels, including print, digital, and social media, to reach target audiences and drive engagement
  14. Developing effective and affordable strategies for marketing new initiatives or programs.
