Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
2. At least 5 years of experience in MEP project management, the Mall related experience is a plus
3. Professional registration as an Engineer
4. Working knowledge of laws and regulations governing large construction projects
5. In-depth knowledge of Building Codes
6. In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing techniques
7. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques and concepts
8. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written as well as presentation skills
9. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools and software relevant to job functions
10. Willing to be located in Bali

Responsibilities:

1. Fully in-charge of an Electro/Mechanical project or work
2. Check and ensure the project brief, all design briefs, MEP drawings and specifications and all project relevant information are executed as per project or work objectives
3. Contact with suppliers of electrical and specialty systems, escalators, plumbing and fire safety materials/equipment, HVAC, etc
4. Monitoring MEP system installation progress, quality and safety, and initiating action to rectify any non-conformance.
5. Review, comments and recommends course of actions for all MEP technical submittals, material, shop drawings, methods statements, etc., for final approval of General Manager of Operation or Project Manager
6. Supervise onsite MEP contractor(s) for their safety, quality, equipment and maintenance of appropriate resourcing levels
7. Preparing MEP progress information for inclusion in the project report, providing all relevant information to the building support manager and project manager
8. Responsible for planning and scheduling of all major activities of the Project to achieve timely completion of the Project
9. Fully responsible for all contractual issues related to the day-to-day running of the Project
