Personal Assistant to GM

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in accompanying executives on business trips is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Professional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and business communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative.
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel as required by the General Manager schedule.
- Strong discretion and professionalism in handling confidential company information.
- Friendly, confident, and possessing strong work ethics.
- Loyal and trustworthy in managing confidential information.
- Willingness to travel and be based in Bali
Responsibilities:
- Organize, manage, and coordinate the daily, weekly, and monthly schedules of the General Manager.
- Arrange and coordinate business meetings, conferences, and other engagements with internal and external parties.
- Provide timely reminders and ensure the General Manager attends all scheduled appointments punctually.
- Act as the point of contact between the General Manager and company employees, clients, business partners, and external parties.
- Draft and handle official communication, including letters, emails, and reports on behalf of the General Manager.
- Prepare meeting minutes and ensure follow-ups on decisions made in meetings.
- Organize and maintain important company documents, both in physical and digital formats, with a structured filing system.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents needed for meetings or business discussions.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
- Arrange business trips, including booking flights, accommodation, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
- Ensure all necessary travel documents and arrangements are in place.
- Manage various personal and professional needs related to the General Manager work.
- Ensure all work facilities are available and functioning properly.
- Provide additional support as needed at the General Manager request in professional purpose.
- Conduct research on projects, business opportunities, and relevant information to support the General Manager decision-making.
- Prepare analysis reports and recommendations based on research findings.
