Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications — preferably in lifestyle, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Background in or experience working with branding/design agencies is highly desirable.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with the ability to identify, evaluate, and execute great design.
- Excellent project management skills — able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling ability, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in using social media platforms, marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics), and design software is a plus.
- Well-connected with creative communities (photographers, influencers, media) is a bonus.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal). Comfortable collaborating with international partners.
- Willingness to travel and be based in Bali.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our inhouse / between unit business Brand & Marcomm Department to develop and refine our brand identity — including tone of voice, visuals, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all channels, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that build brand awareness and drive engagement across digital and offline channels.
- Conceptualize and lead the execution of campaigns and events aligned with seasonal objectives and brand milestones.
- Manage relationships with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other creative vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Organize and oversee photoshoots, video productions, and other content creation efforts.
- Oversee content strategy and growth of our digital platforms including Instagram, TikTok, website, and email marketing.
- Monitor engagement, analyze digital metrics, and optimize based on performance.
- Collaborate with tenants for co-branded campaigns and in-store marketing activities.
- Guide tenants to align their communication and branding efforts with the property’s overall identity.
- Plan and execute brand events, pre-opening activities, and seasonal activations that attract the community and boost foot traffic.
- Work with event planners, vendors, and production teams to deliver standout experiences.
- Coordinate production of signage, wayfinding, collaterals, and brand installations in collaboration with design and fabrication teams.
