Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
· At least 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance or civil engineering, preferably within the hospitality industry
· Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and structural repairs. Proficiency in maintenance management and reporting
· Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of maintenance professionals
· Experience with maintenance management software or ERP systems is a plus
· Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills
· Placement in Bali
Responsibilities:
· Supervise the daily operations of the civil maintenance team, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on time
· Oversee the repair, renovation, and upkeep of the hotel’s civil infrastructure, including plumbing, flooring, roofing, and structural elements
· Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly
· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and hotel operational standards
· Coordinate with other hotel departments to minimize guest disruption and maintain high standards of facility management
· Prepare and manage maintenance schedules and records, ensuring proper tracking of work completed and materials used
· Lead preventive maintenance initiatives and resolve structural issues as they arise
