Requirements:

·      Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field

·      At least 1 year of work experience

·      Knowledge of the VHP and AST system

·      Proficient in verbal and written communication (in both English and Bahasa)

·      Proven track record of execution excellence and results delivery

·      Strong numerical and computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel)

·      Excellent interpersonal, analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills

·      Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

·      Willingness to work in a mobile role (conducting surveys, supervision, and on-site checks)

·      Willingness to be based in Bali.

 

Responsibilities:

·      Conduct interviews with suppliers and representatives to gather information, specifications, and quotations for required items; manage related correspondence and negotiations

·      Negotiate for optimal pricing, favourable payment terms, and evaluate price quotations

·      Place orders with suppliers and ensure timely delivery to meet hotel needs, tracking outstanding orders to ensure operational requirements are met

·      Verify pricing of purchase orders and select suppliers based on quality and cost considerations

·      Conduct market surveys to understand current trends and price fluctuations

·      Safeguard petty cash (if applicable) to prevent unauthorized access

·      Regularly collect Market List quotations

·      Review contract supplies periodically to ensure competitive pricing and stay informed on competitor offerings by surveying the prices of similar supplies

·      Analyze market trends to anticipate price fluctuations and maintain inventory as needed for optimal periods

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing suppliers
