Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Law
· Minimum of two years of experience in permit-related or relevant field
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proven ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently
· Knowledge of community engagement tools and techniques
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Commitment to cultural sensitivity and workplace diversity
· Placement in Bali
Responsibilities:
· Handle permit applications, including document preparation, application review, and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements
· Establish and maintain relationships with public and private organizations, non-profits, and local communities
· Identify, research, and analyze current & potential community engagement initiatives
· Design, plan, and coordinate events to promote the organization’s activities in the community
· Monitor the progress of initiatives and report findings to management
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure that initiatives are well-represented and communicated across all channels
