Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related education background
· At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or event management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, and content management systems (CMS)
· Proven track record in event marketing, content creation, and brand development
· Creative skills for designing promotional materials and understanding branding principles
· High level of creativity, with strong attention to detail and an ability to think outside the box
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
· Willing to be located in Bali
Responsibilities:
Event Promotion and Coordination:
· Design and implement marketing strategies for hotel events, including corporate conferences, weddings, meetings, and social events
· Develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract event attendees and promote event spaces to potential clients
· Work closely with the events team to ensure marketing collateral meets the needs of event clients and reflects the hotel’s offerings
· Manage event-specific promotions, including email campaigns, social media posts, and special packages
Design and Branding:
· Oversee the creation of marketing materials (e.g., digital ads, brochures, newsletters) to ensure consistent branding across all channels
· Collaborate with graphic designers to develop visuals and designs for event promotions and hotel marketing materials
· Ensure all promotional materials align with the hotel’s brand guidelines and aesthetics
Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
· Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with the hotel's business objectives and seasonal promotions
· Implement a digital marketing strategy, leveraging social media, email newsletters, paid advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO) to drive brand awareness and increase bookings
· Monitor campaign performance and use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve campaign outcomes
· Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for joint promotions and cross-functional marketing efforts
Collaboration and Communication:
· Work with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing campaigns
· Manage the hotel's online presence, including website content, and social media profiles
· Coordinate with PR teams to secure media coverage for key events and hotel offerings
